This was a retro fit photo voltaic flat roof system on a 3,200sq ft purpose-built industrial unit which had a large, predominantly flat, newly refurbished roof. AAC were asked to install an MCS compliant PV scheme, to enable the client to benefit from the government feed in tariffs (FIT payments) for renewable energy systems. This also provided them with free electricity generation during daylight hours.
The orientation and vista at this property allowed AAC to design and install an extremely efficient alternative energy system, consisting of 4 arrays of 16 no.195w monocrystalline ZN shine panels, complemented by a state-of-the-art integral display SMA 3000TL inverter.
